Il Makiage “Maximalism in Times of Covid”.


After an incredible launch that skyrocketed Il Makiage to double-digit sales growth, outperforming competitors who outspent us 100 to 1, our follow-up campaign was scuttled by the Covid 19 crisis – kind of. We pivoted at the moment and found relevant ways to convey our message, utilizing the confident voice and persona of the brand. While our work didn’t make light of the pandemic, we showed confident women managing it and still showing up as proud, sassy and bold as ever.
